Instructions
Just add 470ml of water to the bottle, pour in the refill, and you're ready to go!
To keep your aluminium spray bottle in top condition, simply rinse between refills and use lemon juice or citric acid to remove any limescale build up. This ensures that your bottle remains as good as new, saving you money and reducing your environmental footprint.

Co-founders Josie Harfield and Ryan McSorley met whilst working for one of the world’s biggest eco-cleaning brands. It was there that they learnt that most cleaning products were 90% water, less than 10% valuable ingredients, and packaged in single-use plastic. Frustrated by the lack of solutions to the single-use plastic crisis, and mindful of the fact we do of course have water in our homes, they had a vision to do things differently.
Using their combined experience in business strategy and product design they came up with a new concept in cleaning – stylish aluminium bottles and powerfully plant-based concentrated refills. These beautiful hand and home care products perform brilliantly and cut down on waste, with no single-use plastic and no need to ship water around the world unnecessarily. And it was this clever concept that gave rise to the brand name – cleaning served ‘neat.’
A few more details on the product range: The durable bottles are made from 100% recycled aluminium and the silicone bottle base is removable for cleaning and allows for a gentle landing on surfaces. The formulas are vegan and cruelty-free, using biodegradable and plant-based ingredients.
The products are assembled, filled and packaged in the UK. The concentrated refill comes with the “Made in Britain” certification.
The range includes Starter Packs, containing one 300ml or 500ml bottle and one 30ml refill. Simply empty the neat. concentrate into the bottle and top up with tap water. There is a good selection of anti-bacterial and regular 500ml household surface cleaners with a choice of fragrances plus one fragrance-free option, and an innovative Foaming Handwash (300ml) also in a choice of fragrances.
