About:
Pretty Pink Eco-Jewellery was founded in 2005 by Ilana Ewing, who began bringing artistically crafted seeds from her native Brazil to the streets of Edinburgh, Scotland. Ilana's blend of raw materials, colours and textures were created with respect, responsibility and heart. In 2018, Ilana partnered with a fellow Edinburgh resident and Brazil native Amália Wragg to create colourful, attractive and happy pieces that would allow the women to showcase their roots around Europe. Together, Ilana and Amália design and create stylish jewellery using naturally and ethically sourced materials from the Amazon rainforest. At Pretty Pink Eco-Jewellery, we believe in taking care of our planet and taking care of our people. Many of our ethically sourced materials come from a renewable resource called Tagua, or Vegetable Ivory, the harvesting of which creates tens of thousands of jobs for South American residents. Each of our pieces are affectionately handmade in the United Kingdom.
By choosing Pretty Pink Eco-Jewellery you are supporting The Helping Hand Project. 10% of the profit from this product will be donated to single mothers artisans in Colombia to support their families during the COVID-19 pandemic and going forward.
